Upgrading of Rooibos Ltd's main processing line - final phase

Rooibos Ltd’s Operational Manager, Johan Cronjé, reports on the company’s upgrade activities: “We have weathered the worst part of the storm. The only machine in the mainstream processing line that needs to be installed is the palletiser. This should be finished in November. We have, however, seen what the new pasteuriser dryer can do and our production potential is better than ever. We realise that continuous improvement is the only way to survive in a highly competitive market. Once our mainstream processing line has been sorted out, we will immediately reschedule the smaller projects that had to be postponed.”
