Rooibos Shake 500ml very strong Rooibos 600ml vanilla ice cream 20ml lemon juice 340ml sparkling lemon juice Method Combine Rooibos and ice cream and beat well. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into glasses and fill with sparkling lemon juice. Makes 8 Glasses

Rooibos Dream 150ml strong Rooibos 200ml vodka 300ml youngberry juice 150ml grapefruit juice 1 orange, sliced Method Combine fruit juices and Rooibos, chill and mix with vodka. Pour into glasses over ice cubes and decorate with orange slices. Makes 4 Glasses
