Rooibos Ltd's Liezel Fransman attends Customer Services Training

Liezel Fransman, assistant in Rooibos Ltd's tourist facility, received her CATHSSETA certificate after completing the Customer Services Training Programme. Says Liezel: "We have learned how to apply customer services in our workplace on many levels. It was exciting to learn how to provide customers with a service deal from the time of their arrival, handing them the correct information and following on with external service. We left highly motivated to improve on our customer service."

The certificate course consists of three modules, namely Customer Service Excellence, Relating Diversity to Customer Service, and Introducing South Africa to Customers.
